EQUINE INFORM REFUND POLICY

On-line purchases, including credit card, cash or check transactions for products sold through EQUINEINFORM.COM at http://www.equineinform.com trade-shows, or via sales representative, refund policy is as follows:

90% of total product price originally paid is refundable by equal merchandise exchange only.  Total product price does not include tax and shipping charges to an original order.  Exchange item must be of equal or lesser value, or additional money must be paid to satisfy any balance prior to shipping any exchange product(s).  Shipping charges and tax for exchange processes are the sole responsibility of customer, unless otherwise negotiated. 

All refunds must be arranged within 30 days of original purchase of product.
